- The Observatory Science Centre

This is for children with cancer or other life threatening/limiting conditions up to the age of 18 and their immediate family (parents and siblings) only.
You can apply for 'Jack's Days Out' by filling out our application form below.
*At present, due to limited resources, we are only able to offer this to families currently registered with JJST, or those who have attended Jack's VIP Experience or Jack's Town Hut Experience.
